Hi.

Welcome to my site. There is a lot to see here. Enjoy!

A premonition I'm sorry that came true....

Back in 2009, I took a class by a well known hypnotherapist that was called 'The Shift'.  The class focused on the spiritual shift that is expected to occur on December 21, 2012.  The class was part lecture and part experiential in nature.  One of the experiential exercises included hypnotizing or progressing the class into the year 2012.  Once we were progressed to 2012, we were asked to view and/or observe the conditions in various major cities around the world.  One of the cities we looked at was New York.  My experience of NYC was unlike anything I'd ever encountered.  I saw a NYC that was vacant and still.  The city, while looking contemporary and modern, was eerily quiet.  No one was around.  The streets were empty and uninhabited.  I remember thinking to myself "Where did everyone go?" and "Why isn't anyone here?"   Instead of staying in just one location in the city, we were asked to walk around.  As I began exploring the terrain, I saw the water.  It was at that point, that I realized everyone was gone because of the water.  I sat with these visions for quite some time and then we were asked to view the city from a distance.  At that point, I saw the NYC skyline and sensed its emptiness.  Yes it was a city, but it was a city with no people.  Finally, the teacher brought us back to the current time.  At that point, we were asked to share our experiences.  I immediately raised my hand and talked about my experience in a deserted NYC.  I remember saying to the teacher that I could not imagine something so powerful that would literally 'take the life out of NYC'. I forgot about this class and how unsettling it made me feel.  On October 30, 2012, the day after Hurricane Sandy hit the east coast, I turned on my computer.  As I began to view the images of a NYC that resembled the visions in that 'shift' class, I immediately remembered what I'd forgotten.  I'm speechless.  I've had many premonitions over the years, however this is one premonition I'd hoped would have never come true.  This storm has shown us how fragile we are, but yet we are also strong.  Yes, that sounds like a contradiction.  We are fragile to the workings of mother earth, however, we are strong in that we pull together to help each other in times of need.  People are reaching out all over this country.  Even if you don't know someone directly affected by Sandy, say a prayer.  Prayers are always heard.  In this case, the prayer you send might provide strength and courage to someone who needs to start over.  Wouldn't you want the same for yourself, if you'd been affected?
